Job Description

CXHyve is a Call Center start up in Tbilisi with a focus on Exceptional Customer Service and sales by creating customer value. CXHyve prides itself in being new and fresh in the market to change for the better the way customer service should be. We search employees who will support an exciting startup expanding into European, Asian and Georgian market.

Call Center Sales Agent Job Responsibilities:

** Communicate with potential clients
** Present, promote and sell different services
** Conduct cold and hot calls on a daily basis
** Answer on social media/incoming calls
** Establish, develop and maintain a positive business and customer relationship

Call Center Agent Qualifications / Skills:

** Sales
** Basic knowledge of PC software
** Verbal communication
** Phone skills
** Listening
** Data entry skills
** reporting
** Customer focus
** Professionalism
** Multi-tasking

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

** University/college degree is an asset
** Having own laptop/pc is a must
** Strong internet connection is a must
** Previous Sales experience is a must.
** Knowledge of PC software such as (phone systems, firewalls and etc.)
** Native Georgian level is a must
** Fluent Russian language is a must
** Fluent English level is an advantage, B1 English level is a must.

** Monthly salary 600 GEL net + Bonus per every sale made, without any upper limit.
