CXHyve is a Call Center start up in Tbilisi with a focus on exceptional customer service and creating customer value. CXHyve prides itself in being new and fresh in the market to change for the better the way customer service should be. We search employees who will support an exciting startup expanding into European and Asian market.
Position: Call Center Manager (Must speak English and 1 other language Turkish or Arabic)
** Manage day to day operation of team handling Calls, Email, Chat
** Supports customer escalation
** Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
** Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
** Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
** Coach agents to improve quality
** Act as the point of contact for our clients requests and concerns.
** Keeps up to date with business requirements to best support customer.
** Verbal communication
** Phone skills
** Data entry skills
** Customer focus
** Customer service (CSAT and NPS)
** Attention to detail
** Managing teams of 20 agents and more
Education, experience, and licensing requirements:
** Minimum 1 year call center experience in a lead role.
** University/college degree is an asset
** Own laptop/PC is an asset
** Strong internet connection is a must
** Previous customer service experience, especially in particular industry, preferred.
** Basic English level is a must
** Native or fluent Arabic or Turkish language knowledge is a must.
